First PFUE event: dialogue with the 27 European Labour Ministers

European Internet users are invited to express their opinions and ask questions on the occasion of a meeting between the ministers for Labour, Employment and Social Policies of the 27 Member States to be held on 10 and 11 July in Chantilly, Oise.

Europe’s Labour Ministers are meeting in the framework of France’s presidency of the European Union, led by Xavier Bertrand, to discuss social issues for these two days. They will focus on three topics in particular during round tables: globalisation and climate change, demography, and social cohesion and non-discrimination.

At this occasion, European Internet users are invited to put their questions on the forum in five languages:
-  Tangible Europe, a Europe that listens to you : put your questions to the EU ministers of Employment and Social Affairs !

The most frequently asked questions will be selected. The ministers’ answers will be available on this forum from 15 July 2008.
